Accounting, Tax Our client is seeking a Tax Manager to join their Channel Islands team in Guernsey or Jersey. This full-time role involves managing a diverse portfolio of clients, delivering compliance and advisory services, and contributing to tax reforms in the region. Job Duties:
Manage a varied client portfolio, including Financial Services clients. Handle tax compliance and provide local and international tax advice. Participate in projects covering corporate taxation, economic substance, Pillar II, and fund reporting. Develop and expand internal and external business networks. Collaborate with senior managers, directors, and partners. Oversee and mentor tax associates and senior associates. Contribute to team operations, such as financial management and tax technology solutions.
Job Requirements:
Qualified ACCA/ACA/CTA or equivalent, with experience in tax management. Knowledge of UK Corporation Tax or similar jurisdictions and international tax principles. Experience with Financial Services, Private Equity/Funds, and Real Estate clients is desirable. Proficient in tax compliance, advisory work, and report writing. Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing staff. Willingness to adapt to a new jurisdiction and relocate to the Channel Islands.
