Trust Our client is seeking a Senior or Administrator to join their Corporate team on a permanent, full-time basis. This role is responsible for the accurate and efficient administration of a portfolio of corporate entities, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining high service standards through the completion of core administrative, secretarial, and payment processing functions. Job Duties:

Maintain accurate and timely client and structure data across relevant databases Collaborate with Client Management teams to fulfil administrative tasks and meet client needs Manage electronic and physical filing of documents in accordance with records management policies Provide company secretarial support to ensure all managed entities remain in good standing Liaise professionally with third-party agents and service providers Complete core workflows to ensure consistency and accuracy in structure administration Process payments in accordance with policy, ensuring compliance with AML, sanctions, and CFT rules Meet key performance indicators and escalate potential issues or delays promptly Record time accurately and meet utilisation targets to support client billing Commit to ongoing professional development and keep CPD up to date

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in trust and company or legal administration Strong understanding of fiduciary service needs and regulatory compliance Excellent attention to detail and administrative accuracy Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise clearly internally and externally Ability to follow and maintain operating procedures and meet performance standards Flexible approach to changing priorities and deadlines High level of professionalism in all external interactions Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work as part of a team Willingness to seek guidance where needed and support continuous learning
