In this role, you will support or collaborate with senior fee earners in delivering comprehensive corporate and commercial legal advice within a dynamic corporate department. The focus will be on general corporate matters, banking, regulatory issues, funds, and M&A work, serving a diverse clientele of both international and local businesses.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Provide or assist senior fee earners in delivering a wide range of corporate and commercial legal advice, focusing on corporate, banking, regulatory, funds, and M&A work for international and local business clients.
- Work with autonomy (under supervision as required) on complex legal matters while collaborating with senior lawyers as part of a team.
- Develop personal legal knowledge and manage caseloads, ensuring effective communication and strong client relationships.
- Participate in business development initiatives to secure work from both existing and new clients.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the Corporate practice area's precedent database and procedures.
- Stay up to date with legal knowledge and practice, conducting research and attending professional development events.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be newly qualified or have NQ or 1-2 years' PQE, with experience in a corporate department and a strong willingness to work on a diverse range of corporate and commercial matters.
