Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Conducting site visits to homes, farms, and businesses to assess potential risks.
- Preparing clear, detailed reports outlining findings and providing practical risk management solutions.
- Advising customers on ways to mitigate risks and improve safety measures.
- Collaborating with brokers, claims teams, and underwriters to support informed decision-making.
- Sharing industry knowledge and best practices to enhance risk management processes.
- Managing special projects as required to support business objectives.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of risk management and safety practices, along with experience in commercial insurance, surveying, or consultancy. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential, as well as the ability to explain risks and solutions clearly to clients. A full driving licence is required. Holding or working towards an ACII qualification would be advantageous but is not essential.
