Join a leading organisation as a Risk & Compliance Administrator, providing essential support to ensure the business operates within its legal and regulatory framework. This role plays a key part in maintaining compliance policies, risk monitoring, and regulatory reporting, contributing to the firm's overall governance structure.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting in the analysis of laws and regulations to assess their impact on company policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining, reviewing, and updating risk and compliance policies and procedures.
  • Managing the compliance mailbox to ensure prompt and efficient responses.
  • Attending ERM and Risk Committee meetings, taking notes, and drafting minutes.
  • Identifying additions and improvements to the Compliance Monitoring Programme and assisting with monitoring tasks.
  • Maintaining regulatory registers, including complaints, gifts, losses, breaches, and risk registers.
  • Reviewing and actioning sanctions and other relevant notices.
  • Generating and reviewing monthly reports and following up on outstanding matters.
  • Assisting with ad hoc project work as required.
  • Acting as an ambassador for the firm, building relationships, and promoting best practices.

Skills / Qualifications

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a solutions-focused approach are essential. Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous, and a willingness to work towards an International Compliance Association (ICA) qualification is required.
