A leading firm in Guernsey is looking for a finance assistant to support the day-to-day operations of the finance function in the region.

Key responsibilities include processing payments, reviewing invoices, updating prepayments and accruals and reconciling payroll and intercompany accounts. The successful candidate will support budget reporting, respond to audit queries and assist with internal and external reporting. They will maintain accurate accounting records and aid in the Group’s annual budgeting process.

The ideal candidate will have some prior finance experience and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Candidates working towards a professional qualification (or time-barred accountants) are welcome.
