This is a great opportunity to join the private equity accounting team of a leading global financial institution. Supporting a diverse client base, this senior role combines complex fund accounting, investor administration, tax reporting, and regulatory compliance in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Preparing and reviewing complex fund accounts under multiple GAAPs including UK, US, and Lux.
  • Managing a portfolio of private equity structures and assisting with investment and portfolio data.
  • Liaising with clients and investment advisers to resolve technical queries.
  • Reviewing junior team members' work and supporting their development.
  • Processing investor calls, distributions, and payment workflows.
  • Overseeing company secretarial tasks, investor transfers, and record maintenance.
  • Producing and reviewing AIFMD, Solvency II, FATCA, CRS, and other regulatory and tax reports.
  • Managing communication across internal teams, investors, and tax professionals.
  • Supporting ad hoc queries and delivering tailored client reporting.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA or ACCA), though part-qualified candidates with strong relevant experience will also be considered. A solid understanding of private equity fund structures, investment transactions, and relevant GAAPs is essential. Excellent communication skills, the ability to self-manage under pressure, and a professional, detail-oriented approach are key to success. Prior exposure to debt instruments and investor tax reporting would be an advantage.
