We are seeking a Senior Associate for the financial services law practice in Guernsey, focusing on banking and finance. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on various legal matters, including corporate law, investment funds, insurance, regulatory issues, and general financial services.
The successful candidate will be a key member of a collaborative, client-focused team, managing complex transactions and maintaining high standards of legal service delivery. This is a client-facing role where strong technical skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to think strategically are essential. They will also support junior team members, contribute to business development initiatives, and assist the partners in implementing growth strategies.
We are seeking someone with 5-6+ years PQE, preferably with experience in an offshore jurisdiction or a strong interest in Guernsey law. A background in banking and finance is essential, with broader exposure to corporate and regulatory work being advantageous.
