Compliance Our client is seeking a Temporary Compliance Monitoring Officer to support the compliance team during a period of increased workload. This full-time role is offered on a temporary basis for a period of 6 months and is ideal for someone looking to gain valuable experience within a regulated environment. The position focuses on administrative support across AML reviews, sanction screening, and compliance monitoring programme (CMP) testing, while also contributing to ongoing compliance projects and register maintenance. Job Duties:

Conduct periodic client risk and file reviews in line with internal policies and procedures Record and track actions arising from AML reviews, aiming to complete three to four reviews per day Assist in the screening of new clients and carry out regular sanctions screening of existing clients using Dow Jones, Google, and Themis Ensure screening alerts are reviewed and cleared within 48 hours Perform CMP testing in line with the compliance monitoring programme, logging any findings as required Monitor and manage the Compliance and Sanctions inboxes, escalating where necessary Update and maintain internal registers accurately and in a timely manner Support other compliance-related administrative tasks and contribute to ongoing business projects Reflect the values of the organisation in daily work and adapt flexibly to evolving business needs

Job Requirements:

Desire to study towards a relevant professional compliance qualification Strong attention to detail with a methodical and accurate approach Sound organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and able to adapt to bespoke systems A problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn Ability to work to a consistent standard as required by the compliance team and wider business Flexible attitude to working hours to meet the demands of the team
