A company is seeking for a Fund Administrator to make a real difference as part of a dedicated and growing professional team. They will play a key role in supporting the administration, management, and company secretarial services for a range of established and new real estate and private equity funds.

As part of the team, the successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of fund administration, including maintaining statutory records, preparing regulatory filings, coordinating board meetings, and supporting cash management tasks such as payment reviews and account openings. The will also assist with client onboarding, quarterly billing, and ensuring timely execution of key documentation.

We’re looking for someone with at least one year of relevant experience, educated to A-level standard or higher. A degree or equivalent qualification is preferred, and candidates should be studying towards or willing to begin CGI exams. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach are essential to succeed in this role.
