Compliance, Risk Our client is seeking a Risk & Compliance Administrator to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis. This role will support the Risk & Compliance function by ensuring the business operates in line with regulatory obligations and internal governance frameworks. You will play a key part in maintaining policies, monitoring activities, and supporting the wider compliance infrastructure. Job Duties:

Provide administrative and analytical support to the Risk & Compliance team Assist in analysing changes to laws and regulations and assessing their impact on policies and procedures Help maintain, review, and update risk and compliance policies and procedures Manage the compliance mailbox and ensure timely responses Attend Enterprise Risk Management and Risk Committee meetings, taking notes and drafting minutes Assist in enhancing the Compliance Monitoring Programme and executing monitoring tasks Prepare reports based on monitoring activities and identify findings Maintain various compliance registers including complaints, gifts, breaches, and losses Review and action sanctions notices and other relevant regulatory notifications Generate and review monthly compliance reports and follow up on outstanding matters Support ad hoc risk and compliance projects as required Represent the business professionally, promoting its services and values

Job Requirements:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with confidence in dealing with all levels of stakeholders Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise deadlines effectively Detail-oriented with a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach Ability to work independently while following clear instructions Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple tasks Previous experience in a risk or compliance role is advantageous Willingness to work towards an International Compliance Association qualification
