Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Acting as the main point of contact for a designated portfolio, managing client queries and deliverables.
- Supervising and supporting Senior, Fund and Trainee Fund Administrators, overseeing their day-to-day workload.
- Reviewing and approving client documentation, payments (as a 'B signatory'), and correspondence.
- Leading onboarding processes, fundraising activities, entity set-ups, and investor transactions.
- Assisting with ad-hoc project work and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.
- Monitoring mailbox activity and ensuring timely, accurate responses to client needs.
- Providing training, guidance and performance oversight within the team.
- Collaborating with other Assistant Managers to allocate resources and balance workloads effectively.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in fund or fiduciary administration and will hold, or be working towards, a recognised qualification such as CGI, ACCA or ACA. They will demonstrate sound understanding of fund documentation and regulatory requirements, including the Protection of Investors Law and anti-money laundering regulations. A proactive approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to foster team development are essential.
