A fantastic opportunity to join a long-established fiduciary services business offering a broad range of wealth management solutions. The firm is looking for a Senior Onboarding Administrator to join their team and play a key role in delivering a seamless onboarding experience across trust and company structures.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Acting as a key contact point for new business enquiries and introducers.
  • Conducting document reviews, compliance checks, and preparing risk profiles.
  • Coordinating with banks and external advisors to support new structure set-up.
  • Preparing client documentation such as trust deeds, company formation paperwork, and bank account applications.
  • Updating records and databases, maintaining statutory registers, and liaising with internal teams.
  • Supporting committee meetings with documentation and minutes related to new business.
  • Facilitating the transfer and pour-over of assets from previous structures.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar onboarding or administration role within financial services, with sound knowledge of regulatory frameworks including AML/CFT and the GFSC Handbook. The ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team is essential, alongside strong organisational and communication skills. Familiarity with Guernsey Trust and Company Law is important, and experience with MS Office tools, especially Excel and Word, is expected. Studying towards a relevant qualification is advantageous.
