We are seeking a driven and experienced Company Secretarial Manager to join the Corporate Solutions team in Guernsey. This senior role is ideal for a qualified professional with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of company secretarial functions within the financial services sector.

Working closely with the Head of Corporate Solutions, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and overseeing a team of local and Centre of Excellence staff. The role will include providing technical guidance, leading team development, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, and acting as a senior point of contact for clients and directors.

This position requires strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to driving efficiency and continuous improvement. A professional qualification such as CGI (ICSA), ACA, ACCA, or legal equivalent is essential, along with experience in corporate governance, private equity, or listed structures.
