Compliance Our client is seeking a Compliance Manager to join their team on a permanent full-time basis. The successful candidate will support the senior manager in all aspects of running the compliance function, with a focus on AML/CFT/CPF advice, guidance and training. This role involves providing ad hoc support to the business, contributing to the compliance monitoring programme, and developing internal awareness initiatives. For candidates with the appropriate experience, MLCO responsibilities may also be included. Job Duties:

Provide AML/CFT/CPF advice and guidance to the business and compliance team Support and develop those conducting AML compliance monitoring programme (CMP) reviews Ensure review findings are integrated into training and internal policy development Assist with the delivery of compliance-related inductions for new staff Manage and mentor direct reports, including performance appraisals and professional development Assist in investigating internal suspicious activity reports (SARs) Contribute to compliance team meetings and implement follow-up actions Support senior leadership and other departments with compliance-related activities Where applicable, undertake MLCO duties, including policy monitoring, effectiveness testing, and awareness training

Job Requirements:

Educated to A level standard or equivalent ICA diploma or other relevant compliance qualification at diploma level or above Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a compliance role, preferably in a legal or professional services environment Strong knowledge of local regulatory and AML requirements Strong IT skills, including the ability to manage systems relevant to compliance functions Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong time management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to work under pressure Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and provide credible compliance advice Methodical, accurate and solution-oriented approach
