Trust Our client is seeking a Senior Administrator to join their Private Client team on a permanent, full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and solutions-focused professional to manage the administration and accounting needs of high-net-worth individuals, including their investment and philanthropic structures. The role will suit someone with a collaborative approach and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service. Job Duties:

Administer a portfolio of private client structures with a focus on high-net-worth individuals Support investment and philanthropic activities through accurate administration and accounting Maintain an organised approach to task management and respond promptly to ad hoc client requests Manage correspondence efficiently and escalate complex matters where appropriate Ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulatory requirements Maintain awareness of professional standards and seek advice when necessary Support colleagues during periods of absence and contribute to a collaborative team culture Prepare attendance notes, meeting minutes, and relevant documentation as required Monitor aged debt and liaise with internal teams to ensure timely resolution Conduct periodic client reviews in line with internal timetables Mentor and support the development of junior team members under managerial supervision Undertake technical transactions and ad hoc projects as requested by management

Job Requirements:

A-level or degree educated Working towards or holding a relevant professional qualification Minimum of 3 years' experience in trust and company administration or a financial services environment Strong technical knowledge in the relevant field Excellent organisational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT literacy Attention to detail and strong numerical ability Ability to manage and prioritise competing deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Capable of working independently and making sound decisions within policy parameters A proactive attitude and commitment to continuous professional development
