Our client is seeking a motivated graduate to join their project development team, offering hands-on training in planning and administration. This new role is ideal for someone with strong analytical and organisational skills who is keen to progress within the construction and project management industry.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting with the development of detailed project schedules and identifying critical paths.
- Supporting the collation of progress data and preparing status reports.
- Conducting impact analysis for delays and changes to programmes.
- Maintaining as-built programmes and supporting time analysis tasks.
- Performing administrative duties such as managing documentation, creating reports and digitising records.
- Providing clerical support across the development and project management team.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be a clear communicator with strong numerical skills and experience using Microsoft Office. Familiarity with project planning software such as Microsoft Project, Asta Power Project or Primavera P6 would be advantageous, though not essential. Previous exposure to the construction industry would also be beneficial.
