Trust Our client is seeking a Senior Trust Manager to join their Guernsey office on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and administering a varied portfolio of fiduciary structures including trusts and companies for a global client base. This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, international team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality, client-focused services. The role requires excellent administrative, regulatory and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to mentor junior staff and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. Job Duties:

Administer a portfolio of trust and company structures for international clients Provide exceptional client service, tailoring communication to suit individual needs Review client structures regularly and propose enhancements where appropriate Liaise with external parties including lawyers, tax advisers, bankers and accountants Interpret and apply legal and tax advice as necessary Ensure full compliance with AML regulations and internal policies Support the development of junior staff through mentoring and guidance Monitor structures for regulatory, financial and administrative accuracy Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to best practices and procedures

Job Requirements:

STEP qualified Degree in a business-related subject or at least 10 years’ trust administration experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages advantageous Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail Knowledge of AML regulations, FATCA and CRS principles General understanding of tax law in the UK, US, South Africa and the Middle East Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure Collaborative approach and a willingness to both lead and learn
