Are you a senior finance leader with a sharp eye for process improvement and a passion for team development?
We’re looking for a Head of Finance Operations to lead a global finance operations function spanning AP/AR, billing, and cash management across multiple jurisdictions. Working closely with the CFO and Finance Leadership Team, you’ll drive operational excellence and ensure compliance with financial controls and client money handling regulations.
This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing high-performing teams in across multiple locations. You’ll bring a strong background in law firm or professional services finance, with proven experience in streamlining operations, optimising working capital, and guiding teams through system upgrades and process transformation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead finance ops including billing, AR/AP, and cash management
- Develop global teams and foster continuous improvement
- Ensure financial compliance and internal controls
- Enhance reporting, tech adoption, and process efficiency
