A Leading Financial Company is looking for a Head of Client Services to lead the Client Services team across the Channel Islands. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring a high-quality, consistent experience for the institutional clients while working closely with global relationship managers and operational teams.
The successful candidate will oversee a team of Client Service Managers, guiding them in managing client relationships, service reviews, and issue resolution. The role will ensure that client touchpoints are optimised, client expectations are met, and service quality continues to improve.
The individual will also represent the Client Service function in governance forums, contribute to business development and onboarding, and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards. This role is ideal for a senior professional with a strong understanding of securities services, client relationship management, and leadership.
