The Assistant Company Secretary will be responsible for the governance framework and company secretarial matters for our client.  The Assistant will provide effective support assisting with the adherence of regulatory and statutory requirements and general company secretarial administration and tasks.

To apply for this role you will hold a relevant qualification (ICSA or equivalent), with previous experience in a relevant role within Financial Services, with good knowledge of Company Secretarial practices and Guernsey Company Law.  Knowledge of Company Secretarial practice and Company Law for other jurisdictions would be advantageous.

You will need excellent time management, prioritisation and organisational skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
