A global leader in corporate and fiduciary services, fund administration and capital markets, is looking for an assistant manager to provide professional fund administration services to a varied portfolio of clients. The role will assist with the management of the fund administration team that include reporting to the board of directors. Duties to include overseeing the work of administrators and completion of periodic reviews, bookkeeping and accounts preparation, fee collection and aged debtors, checking and controlling the workload.
The ideal candidate will hold a professional qualification (ICSA or similar), have a minimum of 5 years relevant private equity or funds experience. You will also be expected to possess a comprehensive understanding and strong technical knowledge of funds administration, Jersey Company Law and tax implications of various structures.
