CSP/Administration, Funds Our client is seeking a Senior / Administrator to join their Real Estate Services team on a permanent, full-time basis. Working under the supervision of a senior team member, the successful candidate will act as the primary day-to-day contact for a diverse portfolio of clients and related entities, delivering a wide range of corporate administration services within the real estate sector. Job Duties:

Manage the formation and ongoing administration of a portfolio of companies Liaise with clients and third parties including lawyers, auditors, bankers and investment managers Coordinate and manage transactions, including drafting minutes and resolutions, arranging statutory filings and maintaining statutory records Process bank payments, reconcile payment logs and handle approval processes Prepare and issue client invoices, monitor fee collection and follow up on outstanding payments Supervise and support the development of junior team members, including trainees and administrators Ensure data integrity and efficient use of systems to enhance client service Promote best practices and contribute to process improvements and service innovation Monitor WIP and billing in line with fee agreements and perform fee reviews as needed Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and internal policies, particularly regarding anti-money laundering and record-keeping Undertake project work and contribute to business initiatives as required

Job Requirements:

4–6 years' relevant experience within the finance industry, ideally in corporate services or real estate Strong academic background; Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred Working towards or holding a relevant professional qualification such as ICSA Excellent written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of Viewpoint and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Solid understanding of statutory laws and regulatory requirements, including AML regulations Ability to work independently with a proactive approach and high attention to detail Experience mentoring or training junior colleagues Committed to delivering excellence in service for clients and the wider team
