This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to begin their career in the fund sector as part of a growing and supportive team. The role offers a unique hybrid structure, giving exposure to both fund administration and accounting, allowing trainees to experience both disciplines before deciding on their preferred career path.

You’ll be part of a dedicated team that will help you build your knowledge of fund structures, develop your technical skills, and gain hands-on experience across a broad range of tasks. From day-to-day administration duties and client communications to supporting with financial record-keeping and company secretarial work, you’ll gain valuable insight into the workings of a busy funds business.

This role will suit someone eager to learn, organised, and ready to work collaboratively in a professional environment. You’ll have the chance to work directly with clients and service providers, help maintain key documentation, support regulatory filings and investor communications, and assist with treasury tasks like payments and fund monitoring. On the accounting side, you’ll be involved in preparing financial records, analysing bank statements, supporting audits, and contributing to client reporting.

No prior experience is required – just a minimum A-level standard education (or equivalent) and a positive, proactive attitude. Full training and support will be provided, with excellent opportunities for progression and professional study once you’ve identified your preferred career direction.
