We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Manager to become a part of our client’s thriving Global Compliance team.
This is a key role in developing and updating our client’s global R&C policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with each operating jurisdiction’s legal and regulatory requirements. As part of their Compliance Monitoring Programme, you will test the controls contained in the policies and identify areas where new or improved policies and procedures are required.

You will need to have experience working in a Client Administration, Compliance, Risk or operational control- type function within a regulated Financial Services Business.
You will have an understanding of regulated corporate and fiduciary services in Guernsey and / or Jersey, Cayman and BVI. Familiarity with similar services in the UK or EU is advantageous, with comprehensive knowledge of AML regulations specific to Guernsey, Jersey, Cayman, BVI, and UK.
You will be capable of working independently with substantial information, organizing and analysing data effectively, with exceptional attention to detail, excellent written communication skills, able to convey information professionally and succinctly, be a proactive team player with robust organizational, analytical, and time management skills. Experience in policy drafting would be ideal.
