We’re seeking an Administrator to support the CLS Private Clients team in managing a portfolio of trusts and companies. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders such as beneficiaries, bankers, auditors, lawyers, and property advisors, while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will assist with correspondence, support fee collection, liaise with the accounts team, and help action compliance points with attention to detail and within set deadlines. This is a collaborative role where they will also support the team with general administrative duties and contribute to a strong communication culture.

This opportunity is open to candidates either starting their career or with some experience in finance or professional services. A good academic background (A-Level or equivalent) is essential, along with solid IT skills and a willingness to work towards a relevant professional qualification such as STEP or ICSA.
