We’re looking for a Senior Manager to join the Compliance Team in Guernsey. The individual will play a vital role in protecting the Group’s reputation and ensuring they operate to the highest regulatory standards.
In this position, the successful candidate will lead key programmes such as the Compliance Monitoring Programme, contribute to risk assessments, manage regulatory returns, and support regulatory inspections. They may also act as DMLRO and support with suspicious activity reporting. The role will evolve over time and offers the chance to contribute to internal projects and operational improvements across the business.
The ideal candidate will have prior compliance experience at a senior level, ideally having held prescribed roles such as MLCO or DMLRO. They should have a strong understanding of the Guernsey regulatory environment, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to lead, influence, and collaborate effectively. Experience in regulated finance or professional services and strong IT skills are essential.
