Homecare Guernsey is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Operations Manager to lead our homecare services and ensure the highest standards of care for our clients across the island.
About the Role:
As our Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic leadership and daily management of our care services. You will ensure compliance with Guernsey regulations while delivering high-quality, person-centred care in the community. This is a key leadership role with real scope to influence, develop, and grow care services that truly make a difference.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead, mentor, and support care managers and frontline staff
· Oversee recruitment, training, and performance of staff teams
· Manage care delivery systems, rotas, audits, and quality assurance
· Ensure full compliance with Guernsey health and social care regulations
· Develop strong relationships with clients, families, and professionals
· Drive continuous service improvement and support strategic growth
What We're Looking For
· Proven experience as a Deputy Manager, Service Manager, or above
· Clinical or health and social care background (nursing preferred)
· Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
· Good knowledge of Guernsey's regulatory framework (or willingness to learn)
· A passion for quality care and operational excellence
