Co-Sec, Trainee / Graduate Our client is seeking a Governance Officer to join their organisation on a permanent, full-time basis. This role is responsible for providing accurate and timely administrative support across all areas of governance. You will assist in maintaining high standards of patient care and organisational compliance, supporting complaint resolution, health and safety procedures, and the ongoing development of governance frameworks. Job Duties:

Promote a collaborative and inclusive environment that encourages teamwork, open communication, and continuous improvement Support the Head of Governance in ensuring the practice’s commitment to governance is effectively maintained Assist with governance-related administration and documentation Support the coordination and resolution of patient complaints Attend patient feedback meetings as required Liaise with patients and relatives in relation to their feedback Assist in meeting practice health and safety obligations Record and report data breaches in line with policy Process learning events and maintain appropriate logs Ensure the clinical database is accurately maintained Carry out any other administrative tasks as reasonably required

Job Requirements:

Maths and English GCSE grade C or above Previous administration experience is essential Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook High attention to detail and strong organisational skills Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks Confident working independently as well as collaboratively within a team Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment Approachable and objective with sound judgment
