Trust Our client is seeking an Assistant Manager or Manager to join their growing Private Wealth team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role focuses on managing a niche portfolio of ultra-high net worth clients, administering complex structures such as discretionary trusts, foundations, and private trustee companies. The successful candidate will play a key role in client delivery, team development, and relationship management within a collaborative, high-performing environment. Job Duties:
Administer a complex portfolio of ultra-high net worth clients, ensuring delivery of high-quality fiduciary and corporate services Provide technical guidance and mentoring to colleagues, supporting their development and service delivery Prepare transactions and matters for trustee or director review in a complete and timely manner Maintain strong communication with senior managers regarding key actions, decisions, and risks Manage client expectations effectively while nurturing valuable relationships to promote repeat business Delegate appropriately to maximise resources and maintain high service standards across the team Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, identifying and addressing any gaps or risks Collaborate with the risk and compliance team to ensure accurate client due diligence and up-to-date reviews Liaise with other departments across the wider firm as needed to support client demands Assist with data integrity, annual reviews, billing processes, and the collection of outstanding fees Keep personal CPD up to date and maintain any professional qualifications as required
Job Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in private client or private wealth services, managing similar structures Relevant professional qualification such as STEP or ICSA/CGI (or working towards one) Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and legal industry software such as Document Management Systems or Viewpoint Proactive and well-organised with strong attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships internally and externally A collaborative team player who contributes to a dynamic and proactive working environment
