Co-Sec Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Company Secretarial Officer to join their team in Guernsey. This is primarily a permanent role; however, the client is open to considering temporary options while they search for the right long-term candidate. The successful individual will assist in the administration of corporate governance matters, preparing for Board Meetings and Committee meetings, and ensuring compliance with corporate statutory requirements. This role offers a dynamic working environment that values collaboration and effective communication. Job Duties:

Assist with the preparation and administration of all matters related to corporate governance. Support the maintenance of statutory books and the filing of company secretarial and corporate returns across relevant jurisdictions. Provide secretarial services to management committees and ensure timely payment of corporate fees. Maintain a central filing system for corporate documents, agreements, and banking relationship records. Liaise with regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance with both current and upcoming regulatory requirements. Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational processes and procedures. Conduct ad hoc project-based work or additional duties as directed by the Company Secretary. Understand and implement Client Due Diligence (CDD) and Client Risk Assessment requirements.

Job Requirements:

Strong attention to detail with proven accuracy. Excellent time management and organisational skills. Results-focused and able to work under deadlines. Self-starter with the capability to work independently. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to establish relationships at all levels and across multiple regions. A professional, client-oriented approach with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
