Trainee / Graduate, Trust Our client is seeking a dedicated Trainee / Trust Administrator to join their dynamic team. This full-time role will provide an excellent opportunity for an individual to begin their career in fiduciary services, where they will develop a thorough understanding of client administration over time. You will support a portfolio of clients, ensuring their administrative needs are met with precision and care. Job Duties:

Administration of a portfolio of clients, keeping your line manager updated on ongoing activities Preparation of statutory records and payments Drafting written correspondence Bookkeeping of administrative transactions Processing compliance records Assisting with periodic client reviews Filing of client records Liaising with clients and third parties Client billing Handling telephone inquiries with confidence Utilising fundamental techniques of bookkeeping and financial record keeping Organising your own work flows to ensure nothing is overlooked Identifying problems early and referring them to your line manager Communicating effectively with colleagues and superiors Demonstrating knowledge of fiduciary structures and the application of trusts and companies Maintaining compliance and anti-money laundering regulations Upholding confidentiality in all communications Performing additional duties as required

Job Requirements:

Part qualified or willing to pursue a professional qualification such as STEP, ACCA, ICSA, or ACA Experience within an administrative or accounting role (trust or non-trust) Enthusiastic and committed Excellent time management and organisational skills Strong oral and written communication skills Interpersonal skills with an ability to work effectively within a busy team Computer literate and able to adapt to various software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Experience with a comprehensive IT package for electronic filing and database management
