Support this busy fiduciary business with a fixed-term contract focused on CDD file reviews and remediation. You'll play a key part in helping the team meet regulatory standards and maintain up-to-date client records.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Performing CDD and enhanced due diligence checks on a range of structures.
- Reviewing and assessing client documentation in line with AML/CFT regulations and internal policies.
- Maintaining accurate CDD records and escalating high-risk matters as appropriate.
- Liaising with client teams to obtain documentation and resolve queries.
- Conducting periodic file reviews, identifying non-compliance, and recommending corrective actions.
- Supporting the improvement of CDD procedures and assisting with audit preparation.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in a compliance or client-facing role within trust, fiduciary, or financial services. Knowledge of Guernsey AML regulations is essential, and an ICA or STEP qualification would be advantageous. High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and good IT literacy are required.
