Our international Banking client is seeking to appoint a Credit Card Analyst, to join their credit card team who will review applications and provide customer support.
Your responsibilities will include reviewing credit card applications for retail and corporate cards, assisting customers with digital onboarding, assist the Credit Card Support team to resolve any issues – including credit card transactions, app queries, and payment queries.
In this role you will need to have strong analytical skills, and a desire to become a knowledgeable credit card support. A desire to build-up knowledge to have an understanding of financial crime / fraud risk. You will need strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, have a passion for delivering a great customer experience, with strong problem-solving, organisation, time management and delegation skills.
Prior experience is not a pre-requisite for this role.
