Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Greeting visitors and clients, managing visitor registers, and issuing passes.
- Answering calls promptly, redirecting or taking messages as required.
- Organising meeting rooms, arranging refreshments, and maintaining reception areas.
- Coordinating taxis, travel arrangements, and accommodation bookings.
- Organising corporate and training events, including liaison with hospitality providers.
- Unlocking and locking the building daily and covering facilities tasks when required.
- Providing general administrative support across the business.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in a similar role, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office. They will present professionally, be detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. A proactive, team-focused attitude is essential.
