Responsibilities include:
- Administer a portfolio of trust and company clients, from setup to termination
- Draft trust documentation, minutes, resolutions, and ensure timely asset distributions
- Liaise with clients, beneficiaries, legal advisors, and stakeholders to provide bespoke services
- Monitor compliance and conduct due diligence, including AML/KYC procedures
You should be proactive, highly organised, and confident in managing client relationships. With at least 2–5 years of relevant experience (depending on level), you bring a strong grasp of fiduciary responsibilities and regulatory compliance.
