We are looking for a meticulous and well-organised Bookkeeper to join the busy estate agency team. This role is central to the smooth financial running of the operations, supporting both the business and our valued clients and tenants.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day transactions, handling rental payments and invoicing, and maintaining accurate financial records. As a key point of contact for clients, tenants, and contractors, they will help resolve billing queries and ensure timely payments. The individual will also assist in preparing monthly financial statements, reconciling accounts, and supporting tax and audit processes.

We’re looking for someone with proven bookkeeping experience, ideally within the property or real estate sector. A strong understanding of accounting principles, proficiency with accounting software, and excellent communication skills are essential.
