A leading financial Company are seeking a Manager to join the People Operations team as a Human Capital Manager. In this role, they will lead People Systems, Reward, and Policy, while overseeing key areas across the employee lifecycle.

The successful candidate will collaborate with HC teams, including Business Partners, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, Digital, and HC Risk & Quality, and may lead on strategic initiatives across the business. Key responsibilities include managing Compensation & Benefits, chairing the Remuneration Sub Committee, driving the reward strategy, leading annual salary reviews, managing People Policies and the Employment Manual.

The ideal candidate will hold a CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent) and have experience in HR data analysis, reporting, and visualisation, managing HR technologies, reward programmes, and HR policies. Strong organisational skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and excellent stakeholder management are essential.
