Estate Maintenance

| A private family are looking for a part time individual to join a team responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of a private residence.<br><br><br><br>There are wide ranging responsibilities which includes property inspections,  general painting and decorating, exterior guttering and plumbing, and taking care of masonry and walls.  Experience in the maintenance of heritage properties would be advantageous but not essential.  This opportunity is for two days a week but there is flexibility over when the work is carried out each week.<br><br><br><br>This opportunity would ideally suit an individual who enjoys heritage property conservation, who has time to spare, and is happy working as part of a team.  Interested candidates should get in contact either or call 07781155560 for more information. |
