We are looking to hire an executive head chef. Candidates are required to have City & Guilds Level 3 Advanced Professional Cookery, City & Guilds 706-1 & 706-2 and Level 3 Food Hygiene Cert or time served chef and Level 3 Food Hygiene Cert. Need to have minimum 2+ years experience in a similar role and 8+ years experience in various chef kitchen roles, including 4+ years at head chef level.
