Management Accountant/Finance Analyst

We are now looking for someone working towards becoming or having recently qualified as a Professional Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent), to join our finance team and play a key role in supporting the business with accurate financial reporting, insightful analysis, and commercial support.<br><br><br><br>THE ROLE:<br><br>This is a great opportunity for someone to take ownership of key financial processes, drive improvements, and develop their career in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.<br><br><br><br>Key Responsibilities:<br><br>•  Prepare monthly management accounts, including cash flows, variance analysis and commentary<br><br>•  Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning<br><br>•  Support business units with financial insight and decision support<br><br>•  Monitor and control costs, identify trends, and make recommendations<br><br>•  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business drivers<br><br>•  Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies<br><br>•  Review controls and processes, making improvements where necessary<br><br>•  Contribute to continuous improvement projects across finance and operations<br><br>•  Curate the CRM and other data-capture platforms and assist in the implementation of AI automation solutions applications<br><br><br><br>ABOUT YOU:<br><br><br><br>Essential:<br><br>•  Working towards or recently qualified (CIMA, ACCA or equivalent)<br><br>•  Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail<br><br>•  Excellent Excel skills<br><br>•  Strong communication and interpersonal skills<br><br>•  Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn<br><br>•  Able to effectively prioritise in a busy environment to successfully meet deadlines<br><br><br><br>Desirable:<br><br>•  Experience in a similar role during qualification (e.g., Assistant Management Accountant)<br><br>•  Knowledge of BI tools or ERP systems<br><br>•  Commercial awareness and interest in business performance<br><br><br><br>WHAT WE OFFER:<br><br>•  Long-term role with career development opportunities.<br><br>•  Competitive salary, tailored to your skills and contribution<br><br>•  Generous paid annual leave entitlement which increases with service<br><br>•  Pension contribution<br><br>•  Complimentary membership of Kings Premier Health Club and free on-site parking<br><br><br><br>HOW TO APPLY:<br><br>Please send your CV and a brief cover letter to .  We are reviewing applications on a rolling basis, so early application is encouraged. |
