We're a brand-new Asian dining concept built for flavour chasers and rule breakers. We need a Restaurant Manager who's not afraid to shake up the scene, lead with personality, and make every service unforgettable.
Your mission:
• Run the floor like a rockstar, keep service smooth and guests happy
• Build, train, and lead a team of like-minded rebels
• Keep standards sky-high
• Work with the kitchen to serve bold, fearless flavours
• Drive sales and keep costs in check without killing creativity
You are:
• Experienced as a Restaurant or Assistant Manager
• A leader who inspires, not just instructs
• Obsessed with hospitality but allergic to boring
• Organised, confident, and cool under pressure
• Bonus: love Asian food (or ready to fall for it)
