Trust Our client a renowned leader in cross-border trust and estate planning, is seeking a dedicated Client Services Associate to join their dynamic team. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of international trusts and corporate entities, delivering exceptional service and fostering meaningful client relationships. The successful candidate will work closely with the Client Services Director and provide leadership to a team of trust administrators, whilst contributing to the overall growth and development of client services. Job Duties:

Administration of personal trusts and companies with a proactive approach. Daily communication and liaison with settlors, beneficiaries, and all related intermediaries. Efficiently handle a wide variety of administrative tasks while maintaining the highest service standards. Lead a caseload of high net worth clients, serving as a mentor and role model for junior team members, assisting them with their caseloads. Manage client relationships, ensuring risks related to non-routine transactions are addressed, with the support of administrative experts where needed. Assist in creating new business opportunities through existing clients, their relatives, and advisors. Contribute to training and service quality initiatives across various teams, and travel as required to attend local and global meetings.

Job Requirements:

Relevant fiduciary background and experience in trust administration. Qualifications from STEP or the Governance Institute are highly desirable. Strong understanding of the complexities involved in administering fiduciary structures. Networking skills with a keen ability to convince and present ideas effectively. Advanced technical aptitude in applying legal, tax, or investment advice to client structures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage stress effectively. An entrepreneurial spirit with a commitment to service excellence and a sense of responsibility. Proven coaching skills and a track record of achieving results within a team environment. Ability to identify and develop business opportunities, with a willingness to travel.
