As Facilities Administrator, you’ll be the welcoming face of the business in Guernsey; managing reception duties, coordinating visitors, handling post and deliveries, and supporting facilities operations across the business.
You’ll play a vital role in keeping the office running smoothly, from setting up meeting rooms and managing vendor relationships to scanning, filing, and maintaining document systems.
Responsibilities will include:
- Delivering a professional front-of-house experience and manage all visitor coordination
- Overseeing incoming/outgoing post, deliveries, and courier services
- Maintaining filing, scanning, and archiving systems with precision
- Supporting facilities needs including room setup, office supplies, and service provider liaison
