Our client, a well-respected leader in Trust Services, is seeking a dedicated Trust Administrator to support their dynamic Client Services Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the administration of a portfolio of trusts and companies while gaining hands-on experience in a collaborative and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing payments and cheque requests accurately and efficiently.
- Drafting client letters, resolutions, and basic Excel spreadsheets as required.
- Fostering strong relationships through direct communication with clients, advisors, and stakeholders.
- Assisting with client research projects and contributing to management reporting.

Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Financial Services, ideally within Trust Services.
- A strong educational background, with A Level leavers preferred.
- The willingness to pursue professional qualifications such as STEP certification.
- Right to work locally in Guernsey.
