A great opportunity for a motivated individual to join a busy property sales team, facilitating open market property transactions and building long-lasting client relationships. This position will appeal to someone with strong negotiation skills and a keen interest in Guernsey's property market.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Arranging and conducting property viewings, showcasing properties and addressing client queries.
  • Facilitating negotiations between buyers and sellers, ensuring accurate handling of legal and financial aspects of transactions.
  • Assisting with property valuations and providing up-to-date market analysis.
  • Managing property listings, documentation, and administration.
  • Supporting client relationship management and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Conducting CDD and compliance checks as required.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting targets. Knowledge of the local property market and relevant laws and regulations is advantageous. Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills are essential, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office. A driving licence is required.
