Key Responsibilities
- Oversee corporate secretarial services, ensuring delivery in line with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Manage client relationships, developing long-term partnerships with boards, advisers, and intermediaries.
- Lead the preparation of board packs, attend board meetings, and ensure accurate minute-taking.
- Stay abreast of legislative and regulatory changes to ensure client compliance.
- Foster continuous improvement by mentoring and supporting team members, ensuring they thrive in their roles.
- Handle statutory returns, governance sections of financial statements, and corporate reporting.
