Our client is seeking a Trainee Fund Administrator to join their specialist team! This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to begin their career in fund administration, gaining exposure to venture capital funds, management companies, and associated structures, while studying towards a professional qualification.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting with the administration of funds, management companies, and associated vehicles.
  • Processing fund operations including payments, receipt packs, and investor changes.
  • Maintaining accurate investor and fund records within relevant systems.
  • Supporting company secretarial work including preparation of minutes, board packs, and reports.
  • Assisting with ad hoc client requests, project work, and other duties as required.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and communication skills, good computer literacy, and a willingness to learn. GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent) are essential, with A-levels preferred. Office-based experience would be beneficial but is not essential. A commitment to study and professional development is required, supported as part of the trainee programme.
