This is a fantastic opportunity to join our client's well-regarded fund administration team as a Fund Administration Assistant. Working in a back-office capacity, the successful candidate will provide essential support across a portfolio of clients, ensuring that payments, documentation, and reporting are handled accurately and efficiently.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Processing payments of invoices, capital calls, and distributions in line with procedures.
  • Updating investor records and systems in accordance with internal policies.
  • Assisting with collation of due diligence documentation and board pack materials.
  • Maintaining records in the document management system.
  • Supporting ad hoc client requests, team projects, and other duties as required.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with at least 1 year's experience in an administration environment, with strong organisational and IT skills. They should be able to work independently and accurately under pressure while contributing positively to a team. Practical knowledge of the financial services industry would be advantageous.
