Compliance, Funds Our client is seeking a full-time Senior Compliance Officer with relevant experience in the fiduciary and fund sectors, eager to work in a small, open-plan office that fosters a family atmosphere. With a focus on compliance within the offshore fiduciary and fund businesses, the ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 5 years' applicable experience. They should be ICA Diploma qualified or in the process of obtaining this qualification, and be open to continuous learning, as all necessary training and support will be provided. This role requires a proactive individual with strong attention to detail and the ability to efficiently manage and prioritise a varied workload. Job Duties:
Work independently while providing key support to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and legislation. Gain a solid understanding of fiduciary structures, including trusts, companies, limited partnerships, and various fund structures. Utilise Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel & Teams) for daily tasks and reporting. Engage with onboarding processes, utilising digital onboarding tools and conducting compliance checks as necessary. Take part in Compliance Monitoring Programme (CMP) activities, contributing towards risk management and compliance reporting. Collaborate with the Compliance Team, supporting the development of improved compliance frameworks.
Job Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance within the offshore fiduciary and fund sectors. ICA Diploma qualified or willing to study for the qualification with provided support. Strong understanding of fiduciary and fund structures is essential. Excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams). Ability to work on one’s own initiative while maintaining attention to detail and managing priorities.
